Surin beach, convenience stores like 7/11 and Tops, local restaurants and bars, massage shops and SPAs, are all within an easy 5-7 mins walk.
Our cozy holiday rental has everything you need for a perfect getaway: bedroom with a comfortable bed, living room with a sitting area and a coffee table, kitchen, and a private balcony with mountain views. A flat-screen TV with cable channels and free shared Wi-Fi is available.
Third person can sleep on a sofa bed in the living room, so we can host 3 people or a couple with a child. Please let us know in advance if you need us to set up bedding before your arrival.
Cook your own meals in the kitchen that have all the appliances for self-catering, including a stovetop, fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery & kitchenware.

For bookings over 28 nights Electric usage is not included in the price and will be charged at 7 baht/kw used. Please close windows and doors when AC is on. Turn off AC and all lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service during your stay is not included, charged 600 baht if required and includes the change of bed linen and towels. Book your cleaning 48hrs in advance by contacting our team. Late check in is available on request free of charge.
Surin Beach is located along the western coast of Phuket and has the benefit of feeling like a small village while still offering world-class resorts, beauty, and dining options. Surin Beach is perfect for travelers who are looking to get away from some busier areas and wish to enjoy the unspoiled, natural beauty of this beach town.
Located in a quiet neighborhood, the Condo is only 5-7 minutes walk from the restaurants, shopping and entertainment of Surin as well as its pristine beach. No hills, flat and walkable area. There are a few bike/car rentals right near the Condo as well if you prefer to drive around and to other parts of the island.
Within 100 meters of the building you'll find an authentic Thai restaurant Bhorn Por Mae, then passing behind the Palmyrah residence there will be a Thai and Western restaurant, a massage shop and a nail spa. 300m further towards the beach road there are lots of other local and international cafes, a pizzeria, Tops minimarket, Currency Exchange, laundry service, and other local shops.
