Our private apartment has a modern design and is fully equipped for a comfortable stay. An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 2-3 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10-12 minute walk. The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with a sunbathing area, exercise room, 24 hour security and covered parking area.
The bedroom features a queen size bed, wardrobe and a safety box, private balcony with a washing machine for convenience. The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, microwave and kettle.
There are 3 swimming pools at the Condo, one on the rooftop and two swimming pools around the building, as well as a gym with AC and view. Wi-Fi is provided by the building, it’s shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that it might not be suitable for working online or streaming as it is not reliable enough.

Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra usage will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but can be arranged at an extra fee. The cost is 600 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
