Located next to 7 Eleven, Family Mart and across the street from Rawai beach. Along the promenade you will find plenty of restaurants with Thai and international food, vegan cafes, food stalls, coffee shops, massage places and convenience stores. At the end of the promenade there will be a pier and the famous Seafood market. Here you can buy and eat the best seafood on the island, as well as purchase souvenirs and shells for the whole family.
Drink cold beer or refreshing cocktails at the bars lining the beachfront while appreciating the great southern views of Koh Bon and distant Koh Racha.
Despite Rawai beach being considered a ‘working beach’ and not ideal for swimming or sunbathing due to strong tides and mooring boats, you are located in close driving vicinity to many other attractions and beaches nearby. Rawai beach is also a great launch point for many day boat excursions or snorkeling trips.
On the main road there is a public bus to Nai Harn beach and to Phuket old town. From the beach across the street you can take a long tail boat to the islands and spend the day in the secluded beaches.
Ya Nui beach is just 5 mins drive away. There you can swim, go kayaking or snorkeling. Only 3 km away there is Nai harn beach with white sand and crystal clear water. Make sure to visit Promthep Cape (only 7 minutes drive along a beautiful mountain road), Windmill Viewpoint, and other wonders of tropical Phuket. You are close to Nai Harn Lake where the park area is equipped with outdoor fitness equipment for the active type of guests.
