The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, microwave, stove, and utensils for self-catering. There is a dining area with chairs there as well.
Master bedroom has a king bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, second bedroom has a queen bed and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Electric usage 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht per unit. Water usage is included.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht per time and includes linen and towels change. Book 48 hrs in advance.

Karon is a beach town located on the western coast of Phuket Island, standing between Patong and Kata, offers several coastal hotels and bars and overlooks the Andaman Sea. Stroll along the pristine white sand of Karon Beach, which is 1.9 miles (3 kilometers) long. Feel the crunch of the sand crystals between your toes as you beachcomb for marine trinkets. Bring snorkeling gear to the coral reef at the southern end of the strand and get a closer look at the colorful fish.
Head to the quieter northern side of the beach and relax with your family or friends in the Khlong Bangla Park that straddles the sand. Bring your kids to the dinosaur-themed Dino Park Mini Golf.
Rent a bike and go cycling along the wide pedestrian lane backing onto the beach. Join walkers and joggers at sunset and bask in the romantic glow of the darkening sky.
Spend the end of your beach day with a SPA treatment at one of the Wellness Centers, especially on those occasional raining days!
At night, wander through the Karon Center district for its shopping and dining options. Have a meal at a charming sea view restaurant and relax with a few drinks in a bar. Patak road is the main nightlife area, and while it’s relatively modest, it’s always fun. The town isn’t over-developed, so it has remained peaceful and spacious.
For seafood or Thai food, you can choose one of the many small restaurants in front of the stadium or those by the lake. They are relatively cheap, and while they are not serving haute cuisine, they have a unique exotic charm and a beach view.
The town, which is pronounced by locals as Garon, puts on the Karon Market twice a week at the Wat Suwan Khiri Khet (Karon Temple). Visit on Tuesdays and Fridays to browse the local food ingredients, clothing and other products that give an insight into Thai culture.
