An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just 3 minutes (motorbike) away or a 10 minute walk.The building is new, with great amenities, a rooftop swimming pool with sunbathing area. Exercise room, 24 hour security and private parking area.
The fully air conditioned studio is decorated in modern style and it’s equipped for a perfect holiday. The bedroom has a queen size bed, wardrobe and safe. In the balcony the studio has a washing machine.
The kitchen is equipped to your convenience, has cutlery & kitchenware, pans & pots, microwave and kettle. Lounge area offers flat screen TV with cable channels.
There are 3 swimming pools, one on the rooftop and two swimming pools around the building, as well as a gym with AC and view. WiFi is provided by the building, it’s shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that it might not be suitable for working online or streaming as it is not reliable enough.
Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 600baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.

Going out of the building you'll see 6 Avenue in front of you. If you walk to the left you'll find a Thai restaurant on the right hand side and a Thai and Western restaurant on the right hand side), in the same building there is also a massage shop and a nail spa. At the corner there is a motorbike rental shop.
If you turn to the right you can walk about 200 meters to the "beachside" road, turning to the left you'll find a muay thai gym, minimart, restaurants and many shops. About 700 meters you'll find Surin beach. If you do straight in that intersection you'll find the starting point of BangTao beach. If you turn right in the intersection you'll find a beach club, numerous restaurants (western and Thai) and shops. We recommend "Nok and Joe's", not only they're the nicest people but the food is great and they also have a cabaret show once a week!
