Luxury two bedroom duplex apartment in a convenient Condo near Surin beach is beautifully furnished and ideally located.
An infinity pool is set on the rooftop but if you prefer the ocean then pristine Surin beach is just a few minutes (motorbike) away or an easy 10 minutes walk. The building is well-maintained, with great amenities. There are 3 swimming pools, sundecks with loungers, a fitness room, 24hrs security and a private parking area.

This fully air-conditioned apartment has everything you need and includes two bedrooms and two bathrooms across two floors, an open-plan design with a large living area and kitchen space. There is a washing machine in the apartment too, which is convenient for longer stays.
On the upper floor at the loft there is another living space with a TV. Second bathroom with a shower is shared and located on the main floor. This unit has a spacious outdoor patio with furniture and direct pool access which is perfect for entertaining outside.

Free WiFi is provided by the building, it’s shared and password will be provided upon arrival. Please note that is not suitable for working online or streaming as it might not be reliable enough.
Electric and water usage are included in the price. Please close windows and doors when the AC is on. Turn off the AC and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the price, but we can arrange it for an extra fee. The cost is 1200 baht, which includes a change of linen and towels. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is also available on request free of charge.
