AP Grand Kamala is one of the beautiful and affordable residences in Phuket. The complex is located in Kamala bay, approximately 15 minutes to Patong west side of Phuket island, in close proximity to Phuket’s finest restaurants, beaches and located just few minutes drive from the white sandy beach of Kamala

This house is finished with high-quality furnishings and fittings including a fully equipped european style kitchen and fitted wood cabinetry. The ground floor is the main living area and offers ample space for open-plan living and dining with a kitchen and a laundry room added for your convenience. The first floor is home to two of the three bedrooms. These are spacious, measuring 35sqm. The bedroom at the back has a well-appointed en-suite with walk-in shower, whilst the master is at the front, overlooking the central pool area, this has a larger en-suite, but has the added benefit of a large balcony. The top floor houses the third bedroom with en-suite at the rear. The remainder of the floor is a large terrace, providing excellent space for dining and enjoying the outdoors.

The gated secured estate has parking, gym and children’s playground. A large swimming pool with a sundeck and sun loungers by the side. There is also a kid’s pool and a SPA pool for up to 12 people. The playground is ideal to entertain.

Electric usage of 30 kw/day is included, extra will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Water usage is included in the price.
Cleaning service during the stay is not included, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1800 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
Late check in is available on request free of charge.
